All project requests submitted through this website go directly to CO Project Hub for review and follow-up. CO Project Hub may coordinate services through its own team, approved vendors, subcontractors, or trade professionals depending on the project, location, licensing requirements, and availability.
Submitting a request does not guarantee service, pricing, scheduling, contractor availability, or project approval. Estimates are not final until reviewed and confirmed in writing. Any required permits, licenses, inspections, deposits, written agreements, and change orders will be handled based on the specific project.
Contractors, vendors, and subcontractors may be independent businesses and are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship, safety practices, and legal compliance unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
